Selah – [see-luh]

The word is used 74 times in the Bible, mostly in the Psalms. It means to pause and connect. 

Join us for Selah on September 17, at 12 noon. Jerry Tagge, an All-American Quarterback for Nebraska, where he led the Cornhuskers to two National Championships in 1970-71, before going on to play for his hometown Green Bay Packers, will be our featured speaker, speaking on Faith and Football. Jerry has many unique memories and humorous stories of his football career but enjoys even more talking about his faith journey.  

After his time in the National Football League Jerry played professional football in Canada and eventually made his way back to Nebraska in the financial services industry as owner of Tagge Rutherford Financial Group. Jerry attends The Water’s Edge and leads a Men’s Bible Study every Saturday morning.
