Project Wee Care
For a decade, WE have partnered with the Millard Business Association to provide Christmas gifts for Millard Public School students who wouldn’t otherwise receive them. You can adopt a child by picking up an envelope in the lobby on Sunday morning or by giving online. On the pull-down menu, use Project Wee Care. The cost is typically $75 per child.
As of November 15th, WE are at 75% of our goal: adopting 262 or 350 students. And, we are at 117% of our financial goal of $10,000—$11,175 has been given so far. Additional financial gifts will help sponsor more students and provide food for students facing food insecurity when school is not in session.
WE have opportunities to volunteer, too! Distribution Day is Saturday, December 13th. You can register to serve here.
