Trip costs generally include airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, ministry supplies, and in-country expenses. Some trips include optional fun activities which you can include in your trip. Personal spending money, passports, and some travel-related costs may not be included.

Yes. Many participants ask friends and family to support their trip financially and prayerfully. We can provide an example of a support letter, if needed.

We work with trusted ministry partners and carefully plan each trip with safety in mind. While international travel always involves some uncertainty, we take precautions, stay informed, and travel together as a team.

Every trip is different, but most days include serving opportunities, time with local communities, meals together, team devotionals, and opportunities to experience the local culture.

The activity level varies depending on the mission and location. Some trips involve walking, construction work, or long travel days. We’ll communicate expectations clearly so you can prepare. If you have physical limitations, ask the trip contact for details.

Vaccination recommendations vary depending on the country you’re traveling to and can change over time. We encourage all team members to review the current travel health recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and consult with their doctor or a travel clinic before the trip.
