Project Wee Care – North Pole Family Day

The most wonderful time of the year is almost here — and we get to make it shine brighter for hundreds of families in our community!

It takes around 160 volunteers to bring the magic of the North Pole to life — and every single one is a chance to share the love, hope, and joy of Jesus this Christmas. Together, we’ll bless 300+ local families with gifts, food, and smiles that warm hearts for days to come.

There’s a place for everyone to serve! From parking lot greeters who are the first friendly faces families see, to North Pole hosts who guide guests through a winter wonderland, to delivery elves making sure every food bag finds its home — every role helps spread the love of Christ in a practical, joyful way.

Who Can Serve
This event is for adults only, but don’t worry — there are plenty of other family-friendly ways to get involved! Check out the Project Wee Care site for more opportunities where kids can join the fun.

What to Wear
Show your WE Serve spirit! Wear your WE Serve T-shirt or your favorite festive Christmas gear — Santa hats, reindeer ears, and joyful sweaters encouraged! Dress appropriately for your role — some of us will be cozy indoors, while others may be outside helping families with food and presents.

When to Serve
Time slots vary by role — some start as early as 8:30 am., and all will wrap up by 4:00 pm. Most shifts last around two hours, so you can serve in a way that fits your schedule.

Food
Lunch is on us! We’ll have a delicious meal waiting for all our volunteers — a small way to say thank you for the big way you serve.
