Tim and his family have been dedicated members of Water's Edge since 2006. His commitment is evident in his various roles as a lay leader; he has served as a confirmation class leader, middle school group leader, house church leader, member and co-chair of the Leadership Team, teacher of Old and New Testament Disciple courses, and founder of our Safety and Security Team.  

In 2023, Tim made a significant transition, retiring from law enforcement after 40 years of service in four communities to follow his call into full-time ministry.  In his new role as the Discipleship Director, he leads men's ministries, WE University, WE Serve Saturday events, and more.  Tim's passion is to help people in and outside our church see and connect with God in a fresh and deeper way. To grow in community with others and to go outside the walls of the church to serve our community.  Tim and his wife - Nan - love to spend time with their two sons, their families, and their four grandchildren.
