Doug joined the staff of The Water’s Edge in June of 2024. His background in pastoral ministry and charitable estate planning merge into a unique skill set as he leads our Caring and Generosity Ministries. He also leads the Faith on Friday men’s Bible study at 6:30 am every week. Doug has two adult children and three amazing grandchildren and spends time with them regularly. He is a long-time fan of the Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Minnesota Twins, and is a Green Bay Packers shareholder. He enjoys reading history and in-depth Bible study, as well as biking, hiking, camping, and exploring – especially in the American West.
