Small Groups

House Churches

Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
-Acts 2:46-47

The early church did more than worship together once a week. They regularly met in homes to continue learning, praying together, caring for one another, and encouraging each other. At The Water’s Edge, we follow the early church’s example in Acts 2 with our House Churches.

Life is better together.

House Churches are small group communities that help us grow meaningful relationships with Jesus and others.
These groups meet weekly in homes to go through the weekly study guide, pray, serve, play, and care for one another. Most importantly, these groups create meaningful friendships so you don’t have to go through life alone.
