Join our Women's Ministry for an "all levels" yoga flow led by certified instructor, Amanda Ferguson. We'll start with a warm-up and a devotional on the Prayer Path, followed by a 45-minute session on the front lawn as the sun sets. This flow is suitable for both first-timers and seasoned practitioners. We invite you to participate in a serene yoga session that emphasizes mindful breathing and fundamental postures, all while allowing you to connect with the breathtaking natural environment. Everyone is welcome; bring an open mind and an open heart! Together, we will move our bodies and experience God.

What to bring: a yoga mat (we will have extras if needed), comfortable clothes that allow for movement, and layers based on the temperature.
