In partnership with Release Ministries, The Water’s Edge is honored to host a Foster Parent Day Out—a simple but meaningful way to say thank you to foster families for the love they pour out every day.
On the evening before Valentine’s Day, foster parents are invited to enjoy a worry-free date night while we provide free, safe, and joy-filled childcare for kids of all ages and abilities here at the church. Kids will enjoy dinner, games, and hands-on fun—including a Valentine craft they’ll make especially for their foster parents. A sensory room will also be available.
Youth (ages 13+) are welcome to serve alongside our adult volunteers, helping care for younger children and create a warm, welcoming environment.
Women of The Water’s Edge—this is a beautiful way to serve together.
